Step 1:

Menu Edit -> Link -> Add...



Step 2:

If you see this dialog window, click the button 'Convert'. If not, go to the next step.

Hit option+return key to input a line feed. For more information on composing multiple paragraph notes, please read 3. Additional Information on Multiple Paragraph Notes


Step 4:



The URL has been successfully added and email is ready to be sent out.

After you receive this email on your iPhone, click the link. The following text will be imported into Private Notes after you log in:

3. Additional Information on Multiple Paragraph Notes

If you want to import multiple paragraph notes, we recommend Apple Mail.

In gmail, you need to replace the line feeds with %0A using a word processing software before pasting the content into the URL field.

In Apple Mail, to add a link, please do not select any text, and click menu Edit -> Link -> Add. You can hit option+return key to input a line feed in the dialog. Edit your notes first with a word processing software and copy/paste the content into the dialog is generally easier.
